Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason, you received a damaged or defective product, we'll provide a refund or exchange, if applicable. You will need to prepare a picture and description of the affected product and send to us for assessment. All affected items must be returned within 30 days from receipt date, be in unused condition and include original product packaging.

Returns
Returns must be in unused condition as received and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your products back to our returns warehouse. All returns must include an RMA slip or RMA number marked on the outside of the shipping box.
International Returns
International shipments should be marked “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Überbartools upon delivery will be rejected.
Refunds
Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will reach out to arrange another option for the refund. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
Additional Details
- Überbartools is not responsible for any loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier.
- Before sending any item(s), you must go through the online return process or call to get prior authorization, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Custom items such as branded and customized logos may not be returned.
- All closeout merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded.
