Riesling Ricky

INGREDIENTS

• 60 mL Riesling
• 20 mL Manly Spirits gin
• 10 mL Fresh Lime Juice
• 15 mL Monin Elderflower Syrup
• 60 mL Fever Tree Soda Water

METHOD

Use the ProFlow™ pourer and the ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Gin, Lime juice and Elderflower syrup into a Wine Glass . Add crushed ice and stir using the ProPaddle™ and top up with Soda Water using the EndoBlade™ to open the bottle.

GARNISH

Use a Long Tweezer to garnish with some Edible flowers.
