Stunning in its simplicity and strikingly elegant when served in a chilled cocktail glass, the Lemon Butter Martini showcases the sharp, botanical flavours of gin and Lillet with a twist – sweet, buttery vodka from Australian distillery, Cape Grim 666.
Ingredients
- 40mL Cape Grim 666 Butter vodka
- 20mL Lemoncello
- 10mL fresh lemon juice
Method
Use a ProFlow pourer and BarJigX to measure all ingredients into a Urai cocktail glass and stir using a Bar Spoon. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass using StrainRay and Snub Nose Fine Strainer.
Garnish
