INGREDIENTS
- 45 mL Starward Nova
- 15 mL Creme de Cassis
- 30 mL Lemon Juice
- 10 mL Sugar Syrup
- 10 mL Egg White
METHOD
Use the ProFlow™ pourer and the ProMegJig™ to accurately measure the Starward Nova, Creme de Cassis, Sugar Syrup, Lemon Juice and egg white (use the C-Press™ to squeeze the lime) into a M-Shaker™ strainer. Using a BarRay™ and a Snub Nose strainer, double stain contents into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice
